James Cornell III
Owner/Manager
On December 5th of 2023, James became the new owner and operator of Webster's Import Service. James began his love of cars at age 15 when he rebuilt a ’67 Mustang in his backyard. There was no turning back! He has been employed at Webster’s Import Service for more than 15 years. Prior to employment at Webster’s, James worked with Nissan as a Master Technician. James is ASE certified (Automotive Service Excellence) and maintains his certification on an annual basis. Additional training and certification include; Complete Toyota Diagnosis 2017, Toyota/Lexus Engine Performance and Toyota Prius Hybrid and Toyota Hybrid Drive. He is unparalleled in his ability to repair and diagnose today’s high tech vehicles. It had always been his dream to have his own independent auto shop.
In his free time, James enjoys the countryside, nature and motorcycles.
Roger Webster
Founder and Consultant
Roger Webster is the founder and former owner of Webster’s Import Service. Roger knows cars and loves his work. He began his career at Royal Volkswagen in High Point where he worked for 7 years and became a Master Volkswagen and Mazda Technician. Roger and his Father, Bob Webster established the business as a partnership in 1987, combining Roger’s technical training with Bob’s experience as a service manager. Roger enjoys his work and most importantly, the relationship with his customers. He sets a high standard for quality automotive service in a family-friendly oriented environment. His experience, knowledge and desire to meet the needs of our customers, have established an excellent reputation in the community for Webster’s Import Service.
In his free time Roger enjoys spending time at the lake, motorcycles, spoiling his dog Tucker, and of course spending time with his beautiful family!
Wes Flippin
Parts Manager
After serving five years of military service with the US Navy, Wes entered the automotive industry in 1992. He worked with Toyota and was promoted to Parts Manager in 1998. Wes joined Webster’s Import Service as Parts Manager in 2016. His years of experience, make Wes a real asset to the company.
In his free time, Wes enjoys golf, yard-work and time with his wife, Erica and their boxer, Ellie Ray.
Robert (Bob) Mikalsen
Service Advisor
Welcoming Robert Mikalsen to the Webster's team. Robert has been in the auto industry for over 35 years. Prior to his employment at Webster's, Robert worked with Toyota for over 20 years. His first job in the industry was with TIPTOP, Chevrolet in Fairbanks, Alaska. Robert brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company.
Robert enjoys hiking all over the world. He is part of numerous missionary programs and focuses most of his work in El Salvador.
